We, as providers and business owners, have a responsibility to take care of both our employees and clients. Most people don’t report bad behavior, they just go somewhere else, which is bad for business.

uncomfortable, in a safe and secure manner.
We will discuss training your front office staff for screening clients.
We will discuss what to do if your providers have been inappropriate. How to document their behavior
and whom to report it to.
